Join Us for an Immersive, Transformative Experience
December 5 – December 8, 2024
Guided breathing sessions form the cornerstone of this experience, drawing from the well-established benefits of conscious breath practice. Studies have shown that breathwork can significantly reduce stress, enhance cognitive function, and improve metabolic regulation. Breath-focused practices engage the autonomic nervous system, promoting skillful self regulation and improving the body’s stress response. These sessions will help you achieve greater mental clarity, enhanced focus, and a deeper connection to your own body and its potential.
Cold water immersion, another key aspect of the retreat, is not only invigorating but has been scientifically shown to boost immune function, increase endurance, and promote faster recovery. Studies show that cold exposure activates brown adipose tissue, increasing metabolic rate and contributing to longevity and fat loss. Moreover, cold exposure has been found to increase norepinephrine and dopamine levels, neurotransmitters associated with mood regulation and attention, helping you maintain emotional balance and focus under stress.
Incorporating modalities such as mindful movement, awareness based practices, and circadian-aligned sleep strategies, we aim to optimize your body’s natural rhythms and improve your long-term health. These practices not only enhance endurance by improving cardiovascular function but also optimize sleep quality, essential for recovery, hormone balance, and mental performance. By the end of the retreat, you'll feel rejuvenated, resilient, and ready to embrace a lifestyle that supports both longevity and peak performance.
This retreat is more than just an escape; it’s a scientific immersion into the art of wellbeing. Engage in dynamic group learning sessions where you’ll explore the latest research in wellness, participate in curated adventures into the backcountry, summit stunning vistas, and connect deeply with the natural world. By aligning yourself with the forces of nature and using science-based practices, you’ll unlock new levels of physical and mental resilience, clarity, and vitality.
Join us and rediscover your potential, supported by science and inspired by nature.

“I’ve worked with many breathing coaches, but never experienced something like this. I felt super safe to push past my comfort zone and explore new personal boundaries.”
— Koa Smith, Professional Surfer
“I had dabbled in cold immersion and breathwork, but never as a focus for 3 days. While I felt huge health benefits from both, I was most excited about my mental state and where Sam was able to take my mind. Experience of a lifetime!”

“This trip fostered lasting relationships with inspiring individuals who also wanted to find their growing edge.”
