The concierge is the welcoming face of Caldera House and plays a dynamic role in the guest experience. Our tight-knit team works together to coordinate the details of each guest stay, assist club members, and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a social environment, is dedicated and motivated. Hospitality experience is welcome but not required.
The Night Auditor is responsible for End of Day procedures, accounting functions, and overnight security. This position works autonomously with no one to assist them, in performing the daily tasks of check ins/check outs, basic accounting, and performing necessary tasks.
The Housekeeping team at Caldera House is collectively responsible for the cleanliness, style and attention to detail of all public and private spaces. The busser is responsible for clearing tables and readying them for the next guests. They ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining room before, during and after a shift. This position requires the ability to carry trays and stacks of plates/glassware, up to 40lbs and work harmoniously with a team.
The Old Yellowstone Garage Host is responsible for greeting and seating all guests, while maintaining a courteous and efficient operation of the dining room to ensure customer satisfaction. The host will provide a wholehearted, knowledgeable and elevated experience, that makes guests feel at ease and comfortable—as if in their own home.
The Sous Chef is the second in command in the Caldera House kitchen. Main responsibilities include inspiring the kitchen team to excel and exceed expectations, and creating and maintaining positive energy and ensuring that all food is prepared according to Serv Safe standards. This position also is responsible for working with the Executive Chef to produce menu items and training fellow kitchen team members.
The Maintenance Engineer Reports to the Director of IT and Engineering. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining all building related systems to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors.
The Southcable Barista is responsible for regular handling and serving of beverages and food items. The ideal candidate has knowledge of common café drink orders and understands how to operate café equipment.
The Bartender is responsible for greeting and serving guests at the bar and taking orders for food and drinks. The Bartender will prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests.
The Line Cook is responsible understanding and executing on menu presentation, cooking methods, quality and cleanliness standards and procedures. This includes the set up and break down of stations while ensuring proper food labeling and storage.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the Food and Beverage department ensuring all service standards are met. This role is also responsible for developing and managing a team in conjunction with the Caldera House brand.
The Restaurant or Lounge server is responsible for all aspects of breakfast, lunch, or dinner including but not limited to the following: Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner and guide them through any specials, take orders; Complete tasks related to the set up and closing of the restaurant; Share knowledge about the menu items including wine and spirits with guests; Perform wine service and set and bus tables as needed.
The Room Service Server is primarily responsible for delivering room service orders to the appropriate hotel suites, conducting regular floor sweeps to ensure the corridors and service elevator landings are free of room service carts, trays, dishes, etc., and assisting the Food and Beverage department by assuming all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the F&B leadership team.
The Event Server is responsible for assisting the Event Manager and/or Event Supervisor in event setup and cleanup, in addition to serving throughout the event and providing a high level of customer service in-line with the Caldera House brand. This individual should be highly knowledgeable of food, wine, and spirits.
As a Sales Associate at Mudroom and/or Nomad Sports, this position is responsible for assisting customers in finding the correct sizes or specific products they are looking for; sharing product knowledge in an un-intimidating way that informs the guest so they can make an informed product choice; use the cash register to complete transactions and maintain a cash drawer; create a warm, welcoming environment for guests.
