COVID-19 Measures

As we look forward to welcoming you to The House, we’re going above and beyond to ensure our guests, members, and staff stay healthy and safe during this time.

 

All private spaces at Caldera House are restricted to members and hotel guests only. This includes the lobby, locker room, gym, hot plunge, sauna, and lounge.

While at The House, we ask that you practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from others while moving about the property.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization in all public spaces. Emphasis is placed on high-touch surfaces including, but not limited to, lobby areas, elevators, elevator buttons, door handles, bathrooms, stair handrails, dining surfaces, and seating areas.

While Wyoming does not have any testing or quarantine requirements for visits, if you do not feel well, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, please stay home. We have adjusted our cancellation policy to be more flexible, offering free cancellations and changes up to 21 days in advance of your stay. If guests are issued a quarantine order or test positive for COVID-19 within the 21 days, we will accommodate a rebooking in the future.

All Caldera House staff maintain a daily log of self-screening symptoms upon arrival to work and are required to stay home if feeling ill. While on the property, staff members do not gather in the back of house or breakroom areas, and locker rooms have been set with capacity limits. Staff members have access to testing services through Vault Health, and tests are issued on an as-needed basis.
