Complete the below form to have Caldera House purchase lift tickets on your party’s behalf. Please note that the information collected in this form is required by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for contact tracing.

Your lift tickets will be billed upon hotel check-out and will appear on your final room folio. All lift tickets are refundable if you cancel up to 7 days in advance.
